CANCELLATION & NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
We work hard to provide excellence in clinical care for all our clients. To be consistent with this aim, we have an appointment cancellation and non-attendance policy in place to allow us to schedule appointments for all clients.
When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you and when it is missed it means that the time cannot be used to treat another client who needs our services.
In addition, it is very important that you do not miss appointments during your laser treatment plan as we only have a 2-3 week window to destroy the hairs in their natural growth stage “Anagen” phase.
CANCELLATION
We request that you please give our clinic at least 24 hours notice by telephone in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment slot.
If you cancel your appointment with less that 24 hours notice, whilst we can re schedule the session, it will still be counted as one of your paid sessions.
NON-ATTENDANCE
Missed appointments are considered to be cancelled appointments without adequate notice and therefore it will be counted as one of your paid sessions.
ARRIVING LATE FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
If you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to deliver your full session but please bear in mind this may not always be possible if the diary is busy as we will have other clients to treat.
Again, arriving late may affect your overall treatment and therefore additional sessions may be required.
ARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENT WEARING FAKE TAN / NATURAL TAN
If you are wearing fake tan, using the sunbed or your skin is exposed to excessive tanning within 4 weeks of your session, this can compromise the effectiveness of the laser treatment and it may result in the treatment having to be cancelled which will incur a full 100% cancellation fee.
This could also affect the hair growth cycle being missed to rearrange a new appointment.
